Make Up

Make up. I hate this topic. Mostly because I have such strong views on it which words can not possibly articulate. Let's just get some key points down.

1. Make up is meant to cover flaws, not make you look like a drag queen.
2. Eye shadow should not make you look like you have a black eye.
3. Foundation and powder should not require you to plow through your face when you're removing make up.
4. Eye liner is okay, as long as you don't have a freaking tail the size of an airplane hanging down the ends of your lids.
5. False lashes? If you don't have naturally beautiful lashes, you never will. Don't falsify yourself.
6. Less is more.
7. If upon getting out of the shower, you seem to have had a complete transformation than when you were leisurely going about your day, you're wearing too much make up.

How about this, here's a picture that enunciates on why I don't wear too much make up. Although this young lady may not be wearing much make up at all, the fact that she looks completely different on one side is a big no no for me already.

So, do I wear make up? Only to elaborate on my lashes. Nothing else. Will I ever wear more than that? I have, and I didn't like it. On special occasions that require more costume, I may. Otherwise, no.
