I want to start running for several reasons:
1. I'm not fit... AT ALL and I want to get fit
2. I want to start training for Tough Mudder Norcal 2012 (I should probably sign up first)
3. I have a lot of time on my hands during the day
4. I need to get away from the stress of the relationship
5. I want to learn how to mentally escape the world in a healthy way
I plan on running in the forest, away from humanity, at least once a week...for now. Then, slowly, I'll run multiple times a week. I want to be able to run to a relaxing and secluded area-possibly the Garden of Eden. But, honestly, we'll see. Starting new things scare me...damn traditionalists.
